Please find some information for a new helpline which is available 24/7 and can provide emotional support, advice and guidance if you are feeling, anxious or stressed and you think you would benefit from speaking to somone. 

Call 0800 001 4331 and you can speak to a member of a highly trained and experienced team of support workers who will be able to provide appropriate support. 

This information has been provided by CAMHS Crisis and Enhanced Treatment Team (CCETT) in Lincoln North.
